Every Glencoe job follows the same path: we read your plans, model timber and steel together, manufacture in-house and deliver to your program, with one point of contact the whole way through.
Our Process
Six stages. No hand-offs.
Most frame stage problems start in the gaps between suppliers. At Glencoe, estimating, design, scheduling, production, despatch and installation sit under one roof, so issues are fixed on screen, not on site.

Quote and plan review
Send us your architectural and engineering drawings. Our in-house estimators prepare a full take-off and a free, no-obligation quote, and flag anything in the documents that needs a second look.

Integrated 3D design
Our designers model your complete frame structure in Tekla Structures and MultiNail, with timber and steel in one model. We walk through the job virtually and resolve clashes before anything is cut.

Scheduling
Our schedulers plan production and delivery around your build program. They anticipate what you need and when, so materials are ready for each stage.

Manufacture
Wall frames, trusses, floor systems and structural steel are produced across three Victorian sites totalling more than 100,000m², with quality control at every point of the process.

Delivery
Our despatch team coordinates every delivery and acts as your single point of contact, saving you the time and cost of managing multiple suppliers.

Installation and after-sales
Our qualified installers, carpenters, welders and dogmen handle structural steel on site, and we can refer Carpentry Australia carpenters for timber. We follow up after delivery until you are 100% satisfied.
