Do you supply timber only or steel as well?
Both. Glencoe designs, manufactures and delivers timber wall frames, roof trusses, floor joist systems and structural steel, all from one team and coordinated from the start.
What is the difference between Supply Only and Managed Frame Stage?
With Supply Only, we design, manufacture and deliver your complete structural package and your own crews install it. With Managed Frame Stage, we coordinate the entire frame stage from design through to installation, with one point of contact.
What happens if a reinspection is required after your installation?
Our installers are Carpentry Australia–endorsed and backed by our reinspection guarantee. If a reinspection is required, we come back and resolve it.
Do you work outside Victoria?
Our manufacturing is based in Victoria, where most of our builders are. If your project is outside Victoria, send us the details and we will confirm what we can supply.
