About Glencoe

Approachable like a family business. Capable like a major supplier.

A Victorian family company, twenty years in, eighty-odd people deep, supplying builders across Australia. Big enough to back you. Small enough that you’ll know who’s answering the phone.

The family / leadership, on the factory floor. Not in suits, not behind a desk, not shaking hands. Standing where the work happens, looking like people who’ve been doing this for twenty years.

Who we are

The same people, every job.

Glencoe has been supplying Australian builders for over twenty years. We’re family owned, which means the people who make the decisions are the people you can get on the phone.

It also means we’re not going anywhere. The person who quotes your job will still be here for the next one, and the one after that. In an industry where relationships get reset every time a supplier restructures, that’s worth something.

We’re not a small operation. Eighty-plus people, timber and steel manufacturing, systems that can carry serious volume. But you’ll still be dealing with someone whose name you know.

Where we are

Based in Victoria. Building across Australia.

Our factories and our people are Victorian. Our work isn’t limited to it — and we won’t pretend to have depots we don’t have.

The people

You’ll be dealing with these people.

Not a call centre, not a generic sales inbox. Names, faces, direct lines, and how long they’ve been here.

Why this matters: “80+ team members” is a statistic. Four faces with names and tenure is proof. Builders buy from people, and long tenure is the quietest, most credible reliability signal you own.

Great builders don’t succeed by finding the cheapest suppliers.

They succeed by surrounding themselves with people who’ll pick up the phone, tell them the truth, and take responsibility for their part of it. That’s the business we’re trying to be.

Come and see the factory.

If you’re weighing us up, don’t take our word for it. Walk the floor, meet the people who’d be making your structure, and decide for yourself.
